Summer Hockey Program

Helping your player maintain their hockey skills and fitness level while having fun

The core objectives of this program are allow your son or daughter to have fun on the ice, while maintaining and further developing their hockey skills.

Typical 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 programs are often fun (except when the level of play is not balanced), but they do very little to develop hockey skills.

In fact, it is even possible that your child may develop certain habits that are not helpful.

Our program combines a skill development session and a controlled 5 on 5 scrimmage.

How is our program different?

We use full size (regulation) ice surfaces, this enhances fitness and the realism of the sessions

Our skills sessions includes instruction in Power Skating, Puck Control and Shooting

Our scrimmages are controlled 5 on 5 sessions, with Hockey Canada certified coaches on the ice providing direction and encouragement to all players.

Our Intermediate level program also includes a pre-skate conditioning session that further develops the players fitness level.
